What level is The Waves?
The Waves is an early to mid intermediate piece. With its counter motion in the second half of the piece, there is an opportunity for students to take up the challenge to perfect their hand coordination whilst focusing on beautiful harmonies. The smallest note value is a sixteenth note. The piece is in 4/4. The piece is written in A major, with accidentals written throughout.
